About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and inspiring KS2 Teacher to join our team full-time from January 2025. This is a long-term opportunity ideal for a teacher who is enthusiastic about making a difference in children’s lives. You’ll teach a class of eager learners in an environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and collaboration. You’ll work closely with supportive colleagues and have access to our specialist facilities to bring the curriculum to life. The school places a strong emphasis on nurturing each child’s individual potential and encourages teachers to innovate and explore diverse teaching methods.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching at the KS2 level.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to build relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Dedication to professional growth and development through available CPD opportunities.
• Enthusiasm for collaborative work within a supportive school culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that inspire and challenge KS2 students.
• Adapt lessons to meet the varying needs of individual learners, supporting both high achievers and those needing extra guidance.
• Assess student progress regularly and maintain open, constructive communication with parents and carers.
• Collaborate with the teaching team, sharing ideas and resources to enhance the learning experience across the KS2 stage.
• Create a positive classroom environment that upholds the school’s values of respect, curiosity, and kindness.
