Job Description
We are seeking a passionate **Sports Massage Therapist** and/or **Strength & Conditioning Coach / Personal Trainer** to join our team. This role offers flexibility in working hours and the opportunity to operate under a rent-based model or as an employed professional, depending on experience and fit within our team.
Responsibilities
1. Provide high-quality sports massage therapy to clients, including injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement (if applying as a Sports Massage Therapist).
2. Develop and implement strength & conditioning programs tailored to individual needs, whether for general fitness, injury rehab, or athletic performance (if applying as an S&C Coach/PT).
3. Conduct movement assessments and create structured, goal-driven training plans.
4. Educate clients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long-term health optimization.
5. Collaborate with other professionals in the facility to ensure a well-rounded approach to client care.
6. Maintain accurate client records and track progress.
7. Stay updated with the latest industry research and best practices.
Requirements
1. **For Sports Massage Therapists:** Relevant qualifications in sports massage therapy, soft tissue therapy, or physiotherapy.
2. **For Strength & Conditioning Coaches / PTs:** Accredited certification in Strength & Conditioning (UKSCA, NSCA, or equivalent) or Personal Training (Level 3 or higher).
3. Experience working with a variety of clients, from athletes to general population.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Passion for holistic well-being and long-term client development.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
7. Insurance and appropriate professional membership (if applicable).
