We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Morley (Yorkshire Division). As a Driving Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, placing, and managing drivers for a variety of clients within the logistics and transportation sector. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring the best talent is matched with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
·Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
·Proactively sourcing candidates, interview, and place qualified drivers (HGV, Van, CPC, etc.) into temporary and permanent roles.
·End-to-End Recruitment – Handling the full recruitment cycle from job order to candidate placement, including onboarding and ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
·Manage recruitment processes, conduct background checks, and ensure that all driver qualifications and documents are up to date.
·Identify new business opportunities, expand the client base, and grow your desk by securing new contracts and accounts.
What we are looking for.
·Recruitment experience (preferred but not essential) or a strong background in driving, logistics, or sales.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both clients and candidates.
·Highly organised, with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload.
·Results-driven and self-motivated with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
·A valid UK driver’s license (desirable but not essential).
