360 Commercial Interiors are a design, fit out and refurbishment specialist who require a Contracts / Project Manager who has shopfitting and interiors refurbishment experience on a permanent basis.
Founded in 2007, we are based in Coventry in our new 2500 sqft offices, excellently located for all major motorways, only 5 minutes from Junction 3 of the M6/M69.
Working for end user direct clients nationwide on a range of projects including Commercial, Office, Retail and Leisure, this is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a rapidly expanding organisation.
Having our own in-house design, many of our projects are a complete concept to completion process working with the clients/owners directly, gaining all necessary approvals and installing the project.
Contracts Manager / Projects Manager
Salary: £60-65k Depending on Experience
360 Commercial Interiors require an experienced Contracts / Project Manager from within the Shop fitting and Interior refurbishment sector.
Responsibilities include:
1. Day-to-day running of all varieties of contracts with values ranging from 10k to 500k.
2. Liaison and permit approval process with high street, automotive & shopping centres.
3. Client liaison and financial management of projects through to completion and final account.
4. Site surveys and tender pricing.
5. Material procurement and management of clients' own nominated trades.
6. Liaising with our in-house Designer and assistant for site set up files, risk assessments, and H&S files, as well as completion of O&M files.
The ideal candidate will be driven and proactive with shop fitting and retail fit-out experience.
Key Skills required:
1. Ensure the delivery of the project within the budget and time scales specified.
2. Estimating contracts and tendering.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
4. Quality, customer service, and delivery in a live environment.
5. Guaranteeing the profitability of the contract, including pricing and delivering of extra works.
6. Strong financial management and the ability to introduce savings on costed projects.
7. Health & Safety control, both internally and externally.
8. Close and effective management of both directly employed staff and sub-contract labour to ensure that commercial control is retained.
9. Development and overseeing of monitoring systems to track the success of projects, final accounts, and contract variations.
