An apprenticeship within our tooling team is the perfect opportunity to work as part of a highly skilled team that will support your development and kick start your career in tool design, supporting the business to make the best fantasy miniatures in the world Our team of engineers will help guide and mentor you, nurturing your keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining the highest levels of quality and honesty. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and the resilience to overcome challenges with a firm resolve, will help you to succeed in this role as you learn how to use the latest Cad Software to design injection mould tools to a very high standard in all areas from layout to completion of product. Every new product brings to the table new challenges and so you will need to be the type of person who thrives on this and will work tirelessly to get the desired results. In return we will offer you an opportunity to undertake a Level 3 qualification in Tool Design, as well as day to day learning on the job. This will lead to a permanent contract within the tool design team upon the successful completion of your apprenticeship at work and at college.
