The Role:
Oxfam GB is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join the Procurement team. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, with a minimum commitment of one day in our Oxford office every 2 weeks.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing essential day-to-day operational support that will enable the Procurement team to run smoothly. This will include aiding in departmental compliance and reporting.
You will manage the procurement communications through various media platforms and provide a leading role in the continuous development of procurement processes.
You will support Procurement colleagues with specific procurement activities, such as supplier selection processes, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement.
This is an exciting time to join the procurement team at Oxfam GB. We are a small team that works strategically with colleagues across all areas of Oxfam business and projects within the UK. This role is suitable for individuals who either have prior procurement experience or no experience.
