Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing and fulfillment of customer orders. This is a tactical role that will work closely with both the sales team to capture and log purchase orders (POs) accurately and the order fulfillment & dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are properly recorded, fulfilled efficiently, and delivered to customers without delays.
Key Responsibilities
* PO Management: Work with the sales team to accurately capture purchase orders and log them across key systems such as HubSpot.
* Order Fulfillment & Dispatch: Own the order fulfillment process, ensuring that all customer orders are processed correctly and dispatched on time.
* Shipping & Logistics Coordination: Interface with shipping providers to monitor deliveries, resolve any shipping issues, and ensure timely arrival of goods.
* System Management: Use internal tools like HubSpot and MRPeasy daily to manage order processing, fulfillment, and tracking.
* Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless order-to-delivery experience.
* Issue Resolution: Proactively address any order discrepancies, delays, or issues in coordination with internal teams and external partners such as DPD.
Qualifications & Experience
* 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, order processing, logistics, or administrative role.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Experience working with HubSpot, MRPeasy, or similar CRM/ERP systems (preferred but not required).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work proactively to resolve issues.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes.
