Do you have a high attention to detail? Then this is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Swansea Arena and to be directly involved in the safe delivery of world-class performances and events Working closely with the Head of Venue Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our staff and guests for all public facing Arena events including theatre performances, music gigs, and comedy shows. As well as this, you will work closely with the Conference and Events team in maintaining a safe working environment for venue hires such as conferences, banquets and exhibitions. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate experience in the delivery of excellent Health and Safety practices, whilst maintaining first class guest experience. Working both independently and as part of a team – you will be an excellent troubleshooter, remain calm under pressure, be methodical, self-motivated, and a strong communicator. You will enjoy working in a customer facing environment, where you will demonstrate a warm, friendly and welcoming demeanour to all of our guests, whilst prioritising the safety of the venue and its occupants.
