* Liaising between customers, suppliers and transport suppliers to ensure efficiencies.

* CDS customs entries and ensuring correct documentation is on file.
* Taking control of the delivery arrangement process.
* Ensure customers are fully up to date with their shipments.
* Working with the freight operations team to continually improve process and business performance.
