Huntress are working with a local school to hire a temporary HR Administrator for a period of 4 weeks.
This is an office based role in Ascot, working 35 hours 9:00 - 5:00
Supporting a friendly HR Team you will be responsible for a variety of HR Tasks including but not limited to:
Maintaining employee records (electronic and physical).
Administer HR-related documentation, including contracts and onboarding materials.
Support recruitment processes, such as posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
Manage employee benefits programs and enrollment.
Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.There is free parking on site with this opportunity and you will need to provide 2x professional references to cover a period of 3 years. An active DBS is also advantageous as well as CIPD Level 3 and above.
