Field Sales Representative

Job Purpose:
Epwin Group Plc, one of the UK’s largest manufacturers of PVC systems specialising in premium outdoor living products. We are looking for high-performing, motivated, and target-driven field sales representatives to join our growing nationwide team at EcoDek, a division of Epwin Group Plc.
Key Accountabilities:
• Attend 2-3 pre-booked appointments daily (Monday to Sunday, flexible schedule).
• Showcase our product range to clients, understanding their needs and creating customized solutions.
• Conduct site surveys and provide detailed quotations for customers’ outdoor living projects.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, helping clients envision and achieve their dream outdoor spaces.
Key Experiences and Qualifications:
• Proven Sales Expertise: Experience in direct-to-customer sales within a home environment is essential
• Industry Knowledge: Background in home improvement is preferred, but full training will be provided.
• Driven & Confident: A natural flair for selling, coupled with strong target focus.
• Practical Requirements: A full UK driving license and your own vehicle are required
