About The Role
Key Responsibilities
* Drive Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Wernick Hire's presence.
* Cultivate Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with potential new customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
* Account Management: Open and manage new customer accounts.
* Engage with Clients: Attend customer meetings, delivering impactful presentations that showcase Wernick Hires values.
* Problem-Solving: Apply logical thinking to overcome challenges and meet client expectations.
* Meetings and Follow-Up: Participate in review meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
* Product Promotion: Introduce and promote new products to clients as required.
* Site Surveys: Conduct site surveys as needed to assess customer requirements.
* Event Coordination: Organise and attend client events to enhance relationships.
* Collaborative Visits: Support depot managers on customer visits as necessary.
Skills and Experience
* Industry Expertise: Proven sales experience within the portable accommodation sector is essential.
* Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to negotiate and close sales.
* Relationship Building: Skilled at establishing and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
* Proactive Sales Approach: Self-motivated with a proactive mindset for achieving sales targets.
* Organised & Detail-Oriented: Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* Sales Experience in the Portable Accommodation or Modular Building industry
* Driving License
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
