Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of housing facilities and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Lead and develop a team of housing staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
Manage budgets and financial reports for housing programs to ensure effective resource allocation.
Implement policies and procedures that promote resident engagement and community development.
Collaborate with community organizations to enhance housing services and support for residents.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of housing properties to maintain safety and quality standards.
Address resident concerns and disputes effectively and maintain positive relations with tenants.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Urban Planning, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in housing management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of housing regulations, policies, and best practices.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective resident engagement.
Demonstrated financial acumen and experience in budget management.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse community stakeholders.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Rate: £227.15
