Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

The Role
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing relationships with key accounts in the beverage industry. You'll be responsible for consultative solution-based selling, working with some of the most prestigious names in the industry to deliver high-value capital equipment solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Business Development & Sales:
Developing and managing relationships with blue-chip accounts.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in your region.
Engaging in technical, consultative sales conversations to identify client needs and present tailored solutions.
Selling high-value capital equipment and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to drive long-term partnerships.
2. Technical Expertise:
Creating and presenting accurate and competitive quotations and proposals.
Understanding the lifecycle of production line machinery to provide comprehensive client advice.
Leveraging your technical expertise to discuss product performance, benefits, and innovations.
3. Target Management & Negotiation:
Achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
Demonstrating excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
Managing a high-volume workload, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
1. Engineering qualifications (Electrical or Mechanical preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
2. A solid background (3-5 years) in selling capital equipment or high-value technical products.
3. Experience working with machinery in industrial or production settings is strongly preferred.
4. Proven ability to manage and grow blue-chip client accounts, demonstrating strong relationship-building skills.
5. Exceptional communication skills for holding technical consultative conversations with stakeholders at all levels.
6. A solution-oriented mindset with a passion for solving complex client challenges.
