Role Overview:
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
* Communicate effectively with clients to gather project requirements and keep them updated throughout.
* Monitor project progress and promptly address issues or delays.
* Support project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
* Maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved.
* Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a project coordination or administration role, ideally within construction, engineering, or a related sector.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies is an advantage.
* Relevant qualifications in Business, Project Management, or a similar field are desirable.
