Services Sales Manager; Services/Maintenance Contracts
Hybrid - Sheffield - 2 days per week, travel and overnight expenses paid

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
* In conjunction with the UK Head of Service lead the external team to achieve targeted revenues & gross margin targets annually
* Define and implement KPI’s against the above for all team members and regularly monitor performance of the team and individuals against these metrics
* Work closely with the UK Head of Service to achieve targeted results annually
* Lead, recruit, train & develop the BSI UK External Service Sales team to achieve required results
* Performance management of BSI UK Service Sales external team taking appropriate action, in-conjunction with the UK Head of Service, to address under performance as necessary
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
* Able to develop & maintain mutually beneficial relationships with customers
* Thorough knowledge of the BSI UK service sales business model and how it interacts with Service Ops to deliver required results
* Able to work closely with peers and be a significant contributor to the overall leadership of the service business
* Hands on and inclusive leader of his/her team, continually provides guidance
Special Competencies required:
E.g. computer skills, foreign languages, licenses, certificates or designations, etc. Include required and preferred and note accordingly
* Able to work comfortably with the designated CRM system and ability to apply in a practical sense in line with the requirements of the business (self & team)
* Good mastery of Microsoft Office suite (XL in particular)
