This fantastic firm is seeking a Programme Manager to join their brilliant Project Management team. This is an amazing chance to be a part of projects within the blue light, council, healthcare, justice, and education sectors. The perfect candidate should have extensive post-qualification experience and have delivered a variety of programmes of work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor programme profitability and lead commercial relationships with clients.
2. Conduct candidate interviews in support of team expansion.
3. Overall P&L responsibility for programmes.
4. Develop client relationships to drive repeat business, new projects, and referrals.
5. Responsible for monitoring and managing scope changes with clients.
6. Provide QA audit reviews for team deliverables across all projects as required.
7. Contribute to bid submissions and collate fee proposals for agreement.
8. Develop existing client relationships & additional opportunities through delivery of high-quality projects.
9. Responsible for the development of the project management strategy and delivery.
10. Establish effective processes and systems to be utilized throughout the project.
11. Producing project execution plans.
12. Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators.
13. Tracking and documenting changes.
14. Managing assurance and Estate Strategies.
15. Liaising with the client, contractors, and designers.
16. Responsible for managing Project Managers and Construction Managers.
17. Attending and chairing meetings.
18. Stakeholder management.
Skills & Requirements
1. Possess a strong track record of delivering fast-paced office fit-outs in live environments.
2. Be conversant in PNEC and JCT terminology and various forms of contract.
3. Have public sector experience (private sector experience is a bonus).
4. Have experience of working within an Inter-Disciplinary organisation.
5. Project management delivery of complex programmes and projects in the built environment.
