Summary :
Join our clients Project Management Team supporting the Cloud and Infrastructure business in the UK. As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for leading planning sessions and creating detailed project plans. You will have the opportunity to work on technology-enabled transformation projects in various sectors, including the growing Cyber practise. Starting ASAP, paying up to £65, per annum.

The Job On Offer :
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Planner to join our clients Project Management Team. As part of their Engagement Management Community, you will play a key role in planning and delivering technology-enabled transformation projects. You will work closely with your team and clients to outline project scopes, create project plans, identify risks, and provide comprehensive project data to ensure effective project delivery.
Your Profile :
We are looking for a driven and committed individual with a strong team ethic and a passion for technology. You should have experience in building plans for complex projects, maintaining project activities, leading planning sessions, and providing guidance on project planning using Microsoft Project. Confidence in interacting with clients, project teams, and third parties is essential, as is experience in preparing and presenting project reports.
Skills and Experience :
1. Build plans to support complex Projects and Programmes through Sales/Bids and Delivery.
2. Maintain and track activities on complex Project and Programme through the delivery lifecycle.
3. Lead Planning sessions.
4. Identification and design of appropriate work breakdown structures.
5. Scenario Planning.
6. Critical Path Analysis.
7. Milestone Reporting.
8. Inter-dependency tracking and impact analysis.
9. Promote a standard approach to planning using templates and best practises.
10. Produce required resource profiles from Microsoft Project to support resource onboarding and tracking.
11. Peer review of existing plans against standards and best practise.
12. Provide guidance to colleagues on planning and use of Microsoft Project.
13. Assist Engagement Managers in risk identification.
14. Confidence and gravitas in front of clients, project team, and 3rd parties.
15. Experience of preparing and presenting project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
