Part-Time (3 days per week) Purchase Ledger Clerk £22k-£25k (FTE) London (SW11), office-based Your experience in accounts administration and knowledge of accounting principles is highly sought by our client, who are a London based law firm. They are looking for a part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their friendly and dynamic finance team. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring the smooth running of the team by managing invoices, payments, and reconciliations. What you’ll do: Post and pay invoices accurately and on time. Reconcile statements to maintain an up-to-date ledger. Process expenses and legal disbursements efficiently. Support key finance projects, including audits and compliance tasks. Monitor and ensure adherence to Solicitors Accounts Rules (SARs). What they’re looking for: Recent experience in accounts administration and knowledge of accounting principles. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Understanding of SARs and other financial regulations. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, open-plan environment. Hours & Location: Part-time: 3 days per week (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM), with flexibility during busy periods. Ideally working Tuesdays and Fridays, but with flexibility as to the 3rd day.
