• Leads with integrity and passion, is resilient and confident
• Is committed to collaboration and trust-wide working
• Has an appreciation of the symbiotic relationship between the school and the local community and is committed to building trust based relationships with different groups, such as the PTA, local residents, the Church, Village Hall and Parish Council
• Enjoys working with children, and who wants to know and understand all the pupils in the school
