Person Specification:
1. MUST HAVE UK QTS
2. Previous teaching experience is essential
3. Must be able to work effectively within a team of EYFS, KS1 & KS2 Primary Teachers
4. You must be able to demonstrate leadership qualities
5. Strong understanding of the Teaching Standards required
6. Proven track record of lesson observations
