As a Performance Analyst you will provide data analysis to support the improvement of customer experience across the delivery organisation, as well as focusing on the development of root cause analysis and delivering insight to the Field Team to drive business improvement. You will be joining a close-knit team that works well together and analyses complex data to work alongside the wider business to drive improvements across a wide variety of metrics. You will be accountable for:
* Creating, maintaining, and optimising reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel to support the final mile operation
* Analysing data to drive informed decision making among stakeholders, ensuring insights are actionable and impactful
* Developing new reports and data visualisations based on business needs to support performance tracking and improvement
* Working alongside stakeholders to ensure insights lead to meaningful action plans, monitoring their effectiveness and driving continuous improvement
* Contributing to the design and implementation of performance strategies by leveraging data to support successful rollouts across the delivery organisation
Proficiency in SQL for data management and analysis is essential
* Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel expertise, including formulas, pivot tables, calculated fields, Power Query, Macros, and VBA
* Strong experience with Power BI, including creating dashboards and reports
* Proven experience in analytical roles, managing large volumes of data effectively
* Storytelling ability, simplifying complex data into clear, compelling narratives
* Data-driven mindset, capable of identifying trends, patterns, and key insights to drive informed decision-making
* Meticulous attention to detail, managing high volumes of information and competing priorities without compromising accuracy
