Marsdens Computer Systems is looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team At Marsdens, they offer a variety of support levels from Remote support, telephone support to full blown Network / Server support with a fast reliable response time. Youll play a crucial role in keeping our clients systems running smoothly by troubleshooting issues, providing expert advice, and ensuring seamless IT operations. In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 3 IT Support Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Password resets, two factor authentication, anti-virus configuration. Client accounts like server documents, network diagrams Using bespoke CRM to track and escalate issues, coming in from there or email, phone, F2F. Using troubleshooting tools. Hardware ram updates, PC / Laptop builds, routers, switches, patch management, printer work. Configuring devices like client OS and server packs, driver updates. Network devices like fitting servers, Wi-Fi ports, monitoring performance network. Cloud technologies like office suite and Microsoft 365. Scripting would be basic and brief could cover a batch update to big medical companies. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
