YOU WILL:
Primarily work with one of our customers in their Cyber Security team and you will play a critical role in supporting the alignment of the cybersecurity practices with the CIS Controls framework. This position will involve assessing current systems and practices ("AS IS") and designing and implementing future state processes ("TO BE") to enhance cybersecurity controls, particularly in areas such as inventory management, data protection, secure configuration, and continuous vulnerability management. This role will work closely with security teams, stakeholders, and technical leads to document requirements, design processes, and ensure successful implementation of CIS control standards.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
1. Proven experience in Cyber Security and you will have a comprehensive understanding of CIS Controls: (asset inventory, data protection, secure configuration, vulnerability management, and incident response).
2. Strong business analysis skills and have proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
3. Project & Change Management skills
4. Experience working with security tools and platforms such as vulnerability scanners, logging systems, and asset management solutions is a bonus.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong problem solving skills
7. Strong stakeholder management skills. Have the ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
