Location:Field-based with hybrid working options Allowance:Essential car users allowance provided Are you ready to be at the heart of our business, ensuring our technology runs smoothly across our offices and housing estates? What Youll Do: Support & Troubleshoot: Provide 2nd and 3rd line support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and cover service desk peaks. Customer Service: Deliver top-notch customer service and support to colleagues and field staff. Project Involvement: Engage in a variety of IT projects, improving systems, procedures, and our knowledge base. Tech Maintenance: Ensure office technology like printers, meeting rooms, and wall boards are always ready for use. On-Site Assistance: Visit remote sites to diagnose and fix IT hardware and communication issues. What Youll Need: Experience: Experience of working directly with customers on-site to resolve technology issues, and experience engaging with stakeholders on their terms to ensure we meet expectations. Skills: Excellent customer and stakeholder management, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of IT technologies and Microsoft Office.
