Key Responsibilities:
* Support students with SEMH needs in academic and personal development
* Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans
* Provide one-on-one and small group support for students with challenging behaviour
* Collaborate with staff to create a positive learning environment
* Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour
Qualifications:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Experience with mental health issues and challenging behaviour
* Strong understanding of SEMH needs and support strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Calm and patient in challenging situations
* Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
