Position Summary
Main job functions
Provide administrative support in the day-to-day planning and delivery of projects, related activities, and tasks.
Through work experience, studying, training and development (both practical and vocational), complete a course of study to obtain a work-related professional qualification.
With guidance and support, complete tasks to a high standard and ensure they are carried out in strict compliance with internal policies and procedures and current legislation.
Principle Accountabilities
Duties, Responsibilities and Key Tasks
Departmental
1. Support Project manager in the development of Project plans and schedules for assigned client orders.
2. Support with clients regarding aspects of customer orders and their delivery.
3. Support the project manager to ensure on time delivery for project resources both internally and externally where required.
4. Organise, attend, and update documentation for required meetings both internal and external.
5. Support in the development and submission of customer progress reports as required.
6. On an ad-hoc basis provide support to the sales & customer support team.
Your profile
Experience Required
1. Telephone and Computer work
2. Organising and prioritising a varied workload with minimum amount of supervision
3. Completing a range of clerical and administrative tasks
Knowledge Required
1. Respecting confidentiality
2. High degree of accuracy
3. Understanding business requirements (e.g. Health and Safety, Employment Law)
Qualifications / Skills Required
1. Educated to Degree level in relevant subject or have a minimum of 5 GCSE's including Maths and English (Grade C and above). A Levels are desirable.
2. Computer literate & a good knowledge of MS Office (MS Office)
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Demonstrate good time management and organisational skills
5. Ability to multi-task
6. Willingness to enrol on relevant courses
