This is a desk-based, phone-focused role where you’ll engage with patients remotely, from our in house location.

Ideal for an experienced Dental Practice Receptionist, a Qualified Dental Nurse, or a Treatment Coordinator (TCO), this position combines hospitality, sales, and patient care.
Delivering Exceptional Private Dental Hospitality: Driving Growth: Play an integral role in increasing patient numbers by achieving monthly conversion targets and helping our practice thrive.
Building Trust: Act as the first point of contact for new patients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism to build confidence in our services.
Promptly handle enquiries via phone, email, and other communication platforms, ensuring all patient questions are answered thoroughly and confidently.
Maintain Excellence: Uphold practice protocols, policies, and data security standards while contributing to a well-organised, high-performing team.
This is not a typical receptionist or dental nurse role. The role is not customer facing, however a phone and desk
Dental Knowledge: A strong background in private dentistry, ideally as a Dental Receptionist, Qualified Dental Nurse, or Treatment Coordinator.
Confident with dental software (EXACT or Dentally preferred), Boxly, and Microsoft Office tools.
Impeccable Phone Manner: Rapport-Building Skills: Quick to connect with patients over the phone, fostering trust and confidence in every interaction.
Monday to Friday: 10 am – 12 pm and 4 pm – 8 pm.
Saturday & Sunday: 11 am – 1 pm.
Location: On-site at Priors Hall Dental, NN17 Corby .
Pay: Starting at £13 per hour, with bonuses available for exceptional performance.
Type: Permanent, part-time position.
