As a Stock Controller, you will be self-driven, personable professional who instils a high priority on delivering the wow service to customers as well as to colleagues; one who thrives as a member of a well-skilled team. Based in the field, working closely with the Parts Team and Field Service Engineers you will take pride in effectively supporting our team of Field Service Engineers with their bi annual stock take, travelling across the UK to support them in actioning this. The Role - Stock Controller To travel to various locations across the UK to support the Field Service Engineers in undertaking their Bi-Annual stock take. To ensure all stock takes are done in accordance with company policy, and are inputted onto the company ERP system, Eagle. To report back to the parts store on any stock that can be taken back into supply to support with future forecasting and overstock. To be a point of contact for all Field Service Engineers on stock control, and upskilling them to action their stock takes. To coordinate with the Operations Teams on company wide stock takes. To support with any other ad hoc duties as and when required. What You Will Need In The Role Of Stock Controller Strong organisational skills - able to coordinate and organisation visits and manage your own diary at stock take season. Proven experience working within a stock, or parts role. Able to build good working relationships with other departments such as Parts and Field Service Engineers. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative, willing to support the Operational department to improve the efficiency of the stock take process.
