Role Overview:
The Operations Coordinator will manage procurement, stock control, shipping logistics, and provide general office support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage purchase orders, invoices, and stock using resource management software
* Procure office and production materials
* Handle supplier relationships and freight logistics
* General office admin: visitor reception, meetings, documentation, finance support
* Experience in procurement and logistics
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
* Friendly, flexible, and confident
* Experience in an engineering or technical environment
* Independent, proactive, and accountable
