Responsibilities:
* Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting initial screenings.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide insights on recruitment strategies.
* Manage job postings on various platforms and ensure they are effectively reaching the target audience.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing a positive and seamless candidate experience.
* Utilize applicant tracking systems and other online recruitment tools to track and manage candidate information.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong passion for recruitment and a desire to develop a career in talent acquisition.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is a plus.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
