Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Develop the Team: Coach, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve their full potential.
Enhance Service Delivery: Continuously improve the quality of support provided, ensuring it meets the unique needs of each individual.
Manage Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory standards.

The Person
We are looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication skills for engaging with individuals, families, and stakeholders.
Demonstrates high attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Is confident in managing conflict and having difficult conversations.
Has experience in managing service budgets and financial processes.
Holds or is willing to work towards SVQ 4 in Health and Social Care and Leadership and Management Certificate.
