Job Description To assist the Design Delivery manager to fulfil duties working towards the delivery of a project on a site-by-site basis, this can be in both Pre-Access & Post Access Area of delivery. This particular role is focusing on Pre-Access design delivery into Multiple Clients, however this can change in the future and flexibility is required. To manage the coordination of resources including the supply chain, staff, directly employed operatives etc., adopting a customer-focused approach to the client and their representatives with specific focus in delivering multi site visits successfully, general arrangement and detailed design drawings and driving volumetrics and clearing dependencies to allow these volumetrics to be met. Excellent client facing skills are required, and weekly representation at Client meetings is a must as a trusted partner and leader of this ULC delivery. Specific Duties Build strong Client relationships and participate in Client meetings, representing the ULC brand Manage the programme to ensure that site elements pre and post access are being performed within KPIs and volumetrics are being met to client expectations Managing and clear build dependencies to meet volumetrics in a timely and cost efficient manner. Responsible for Site tracker delivery updates Manage the workload of the team of co-ordinators and ensure this workload is monitored regularly Liaise with staff and operatives effectively and with respect Sign off and oversee the issue of method statements, risk assessments, Health & Safety Packs and Quality Plans where appropriate. Manage Build dependency clearance and associated Build delivery. Update internal trackers and schedules and Site tracker Tool. Input site data into internal and client systems where required Analyse reporting data to understand if discrepancies are occurring and elements are not hitting KPI dates. Recommend rectification measures to bring the programme back within required KPI timeframes if necessary Work closely with the Commercial team to ensure they are aware of any financial impact Ensure that these rectification measures are implemented and monitored for effectiveness Report on, manage and instigate continuous improvement by the effective use of KPIs Find efficiencies and improvements in internal and external processes.
