Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant who is looking to reduce your hours to part-time. My client based in East Kilbride has an opportunity for someone to join the team who would assist the existing team with credit control, accounts payable, expenses etc. They are flexible on days and hours. Salary is £30k pro rata.
Duties will include:
1. Credit Control, Sales Ledger and Purchasing
2. Generating of monthly invoices and billings accurately and timeously
3. Payment transactions – including BACS; Direct Debit Collections; Foreign Payments;
4. Expenses Reporting and Updates
5. Payment Allocation and Bank Reconciliation
6. Management of Financial Customer Database pricing formulas, contact details, mail
7. shots
8. Generating Financial Management Reports
Skills Required:
9. Previous experience in accounts/finance
10. You should be organised, innovative and deadline driven with excellent attention to detail and excellent literacy skills
11. Have a sound understanding of MS Office
12. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
13. Knowledge of Xero accounts package beneficial, but not essential
