Manufacturing engineer Robertson Recruitment are working with an aerospace client based in Castle Donnington as they look for a manufacturing engineer to join the team on a permanent basis. The candidate is responsible for technical conformity of all products, providing technical documentation, introducing new capabilities while maintaining and developing methods of manufacture. The candidate must have working knowledge of creation and management of FAIR software. Manufacturing engineer working hours 7am-4pm Monday to Thursday, 7am-12pm Friday or 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-1pm Friday Manufacturing engineer duties Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labour, and material costs.
