Candidate Profile:
* A proven track record in a senior leadership role, such as Managing Director, Executive Business Leader or equivalent, ideally within the multi discipline consultancy or professional services sector.
* Demonstrable experience leading multidisciplinary teams across engineering, sustainability, advisory, and project management functions.
* A strong commercial mindset with a history of driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and delivering business transformation.
