Are you an experienced Administrator, specialising within the Logistics industry? I am currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator, to join my clients team on a full time, permanent basis due to growth and expansion. Day to Day role of a Logistics Administrator – General admin and reception duties (posting, phone, emails etc.) Performing data entry roles, including updating records and data bases for personnel and legal information. Contribute to office workflow, assessing staff and providing feedback. Handle budgeting and billing cycles for the business. Supporting the recruitment team within busy periods. Contribute to the logistics team with deliveries, general enquires and ensuring smooth processes. Requirements for the Logistics Administrator role – Proven success within Office Administration, ideally within the Logistics industry. Proficient within Microsoft Office packages. Able to adapt and learn new inhouse software systems. Able to work independently, as a team and well under pressure. Extra information for the Logistics Administrator role – Monday – Friday.
