Bennett and Game are currently representing an award-winning architectural practice based in Birmingham, who are seeking an ambitious Architectural Technician to join their ever-growing team. Specialists within a variety of sectors, our client work on both New Builds and refurbishments within the Transportation, Education, Community, Workplace, and Residential sectors.
Since establishing, our client has developed a tight-knit team of around 30 employees, consisting of a variety of technical and design-focused professionals. Joining a bespoke architectural practice, the successful Architectural Technician will be given the opportunity to take ownership of a project, assisting with all aspects of a project. Architectural Technician Job Overview
* Represent the practice externally through client and consultant liaison
* Use AutoCAD and Revit on a daily basis
* Working across RIBA Stages 1-6
* Work on a range of developments within the Residential, Educational, and Commercial sectors
* Developing technical design approach and bringing experience to the realization of design concepts
Architectural Technician Job Requirements
* Relevant Degree Qualified, Essential
* Minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience is preferred
* Living in a commutable distance of Birmingham
* Proficient in AutoCAD; Essential
* Excellent knowledge of Revit; Highly Advantageous
* Good working knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign, Advantageous
* Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
Architectural Technician Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary, ranging from 28,000 - 45,000 (Dependent on Experience)
