You’ll be working within the Club’s HR team and will be responsible for supporting the HR Team with exciting projects and providing administrative support and assistance to our HR Business Partners. No two days will be the same, and tasks will vary from supporting the end to end recruitment process, answering HR queries, to drafting employment contracts and letters, getting involved with the onboarding process, and updating HR records using our online HR platform as well as supporting on various projects. Other duties include: Writing adverts for recruitment campaigns with a focus on ensuring candidates are excited and enthused by opportunities within the Club, and that advert language is inclusive and bespoke to attract the best candidates for each unique role along with being responsible for posting adverts internally and on external sites as appropriate. Being responsible for managing and monitoring the HR inbox and Recruitment inbox with the other HR Assistant, responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Coordinating the processes for assigned departments for recruitment, reference responses, long service awards and probation period triggers and letters. Is this you? If you have previous experience working in an administrative HR role, have excellent attention to detail and understand the work ethic required for working within a fast-paced environment, then you’ll know what it takes. Essential Experience: A successful track record of delivering HR administrative support. System administration – Be confident picking up new systems in order to update online HR records and support recruitment administration. Essential Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills. Must be able to prioritise workload especially at busy times. Strong at building relationships to be able to support staff across a range of departments and levels.
