Our mission is to work towards being led by people with Learning Disabilities and autistic people to deliver high-quality housing, support and activities in their local communities. Introduction to the role:
To ensure that our tenants and properties that we manage are of a high standard, are safe and maintained.
To work with the Housing and Estates team to carry out a broad range of administrative duties, compliance monitoring, repairs and maintenance coordinating. Working alongside the Estates Manager/Housing Manager and Housing Officers/Multi skilled operative.
To communicate effectively with tenants and stakeholders around managing repairs and maintenance.
Brief outline of the role:
Monitor and coordinate repairs and maintenance requests on behalf of our tenants and to make sure that the service is person centred
Liaise with tenants, Housing Officers, landlords, letting agents, contractors around repairs and maintenance.
Ensure that all health and safety documents and compliance are up to date to support the team in administrative systems to improve the efficiency of Grace Eyre Housing and Estates
To maintain paper and electronic filing systems as directed and to ensure that data is stored appropriately and in line with data protection legislation and within Grace Eyre’s policies and procedures.
Diary management and allocation of maintenance works for our Multi Skilled Operative.
Order equipment and supplies of materials in conjecture with the needs of the services.
Visit properties to check works have been completed and to the satisfaction of the tenant
Check invoice’s and direct to the finance department for payment.
Managing the keys and key log for all our properties.
