HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
North Highland are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Training and Change Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of training programs and change initiatives related to the new application implementation. This role requires expertise in process and stakeholder mapping, building interactive training modules within online applications (e.g. Allego, Saba), and driving successful adoption of organisational and process changes.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
* Demonstrated experience in training development and/or change management roles.
* Experience working in the Organisational Development, HR space.
* Qualified in training (e.g., CPTD) or change management (e.g., Prosci) are highly desirable.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
DESIRABLE:
* Life Sciences Experience
* Experience with Allego or similar learning management systems is a plus.
* Consulting experience
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
* Start Date: Feb 2025
* Duration: Initial 6 months Inside IR35 contract
* Hybrid Working pattern: 2 days on-site in London
