Deputy Nurse Manager
37.5 hours per week, 50/50 Clinical & Supernumerary Hours
Salary: £40,000-£45,000

Essential Requirements:
* Valid NMC Pin Registration with adherence to professional regulations.
* Previous experience as a Deputy Manager within a healthcare setting, ideally with a focus on mental health care.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
* A passion for delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.

About the Role:
As a Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Unit Manager to implement the agreed model of care within the clinical area. You will:
* Provide direct patient care and ensure a high standard of person-centred care is delivered.
* Support staff development, supervise the team, and promote a safe, positive working environment.
* Participate in quality improvement programs, helping to drive continuous improvement in care delivery.
* Ensure all statutory requirements and health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
* Deputize for the Unit Manager, taking full responsibility for the unit in their absence, including 24-hour responsibility.
