Role: Community Pharmacist Manager Location: Belper Job Type : Full Time, Permanent Salary: £60,000 per annum About the Role: Pulse is collaborating with a national community pharmacy business during an exciting growth phase. This position is located at the Belper store, which serves the local community by dispensing over 8,000 items monthly. Key Responsibilities: You will dispense medicines and over-the-counter remedies. You will provide healthcare advice, including consultations and diabetes checks. You will develop and lead your Pharmacy team, implementing and sharing best practices. You will emphasize the importance of clinical governance and invest time in training your team. You will proactively develop Pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost-effective and safe manner, adhering to legal, ethical, and company requirements/systems. You will focus on day-to-day operations as well as medium-term goals, regularly conducting audits to maintain high standards. Requirements: MPharm (or equivalent) and registered with the GPhC.
