The Client Accounts Administrators at LiFE have a varied role and are the point of contact for our residents, landlords and contractors. The Client Accounts Administrators manage a portfolio of properties and contractors, deal with all accounts related queries and ensure a high level of service is delivered to our clients and contacts Some of the things you’ll work on are: • Managing the landlords and their portfolios • Accounts payable and accounts receivables • Landlord accounts queries • Entering purchase invoices and c ontractor payments • Disbursing payments • Reconciling contractor and landlord accounts • Chasing overdue rents/debts In exchange, were able to offer you genuine career progression to help build your skills within the property industry.
