At Samworth Brothers, were looking for a proactive Operations Manager to oversee our Transport and Warehouse operations in Bristol and Callington. Youll play a key role in shaping the culture and driving performance across both sitesensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency in everything we do. Lead day-to-day transport and warehouse functions with a sharp focus on performance and safety Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance, including managing our Operator Licence Inspire and develop a team of Shift Managers and their wider teams Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, including customers like Asda and 3rd parties Step up as Regional Manager when requiredowning critical decisions and ensuring continuity Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement and cost-efficiency Collaborate across regions to align on goals and enhance service delivery The Ideal Candidate We believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives.
