Operations Manager
Based in Milton Keynes
Restaurant Associates has an exciting new opportunity in our sector as an Operations Manager to develop and lead a team of managers across a multi-faceted contract and provide exceptional service to our clients while managing the employee life cycle effectively. As an Operations Manager, you will support client and contractual relationships, ensuring compliance and adherence to company policies in a commercial manner.

* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and feedback promptly.

Person Specification
* Proven track record in a senior management role, demonstrating effective management of large teams and complex operations.
* Senior management experience leading operational teams, working within brand guidelines to deliver results effectively.
* Strong skills in strategic planning and operational management with a history of driving business objectives and achieving results.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities, including superior presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to foster innovation and lead initiatives that drive continuous improvement within an organisation.
* In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
* Proven experience in managing substantial budgets, with strong financial acumen and a track record of fiscal responsibility.
* Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team, ensuring high performance and alignment with organisational goals.
* Results-driven approach with a history of going the extra mile to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
