Your role will involve designing, building, and delivering comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Empower our team to excel in every interaction, shaping exceptional journeys with every call, chat, and connection What you'll do: Develop and deliver onboarding, upskilling, and refresher training for all Contact Centre roles. Facilitate engaging sessions through classroom, virtual, and e-learning methods. Collaborate with management and stakeholders to identify training needs, ensure content accuracy, and align initiatives with business goals. Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, performance metrics, and feedback to optimise learning outcomes Candidates may be required to travel to different sites dependent on training needs.
