Position: Receptionist
Hours: Monday to Wednesday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Overview: We are a friendly, family-run solicitors firm seeking a professional and organised individual to join our team as a part-time receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them as necessary or taking detailed messages.
Greeting clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
Managing filing systems, both paper and electronic, to maintain accurate and confidential records.
Undertaking general administrative duties, such as data entry, document preparation, and office correspondence.
Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, with a professional and courteous telephone manner.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable but not essential.
A friendly and approachable attitude, with the ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.
