Location: Headquartered in the Bradford area, this hybrid role offers flexibility with 1-2 days of remote working per week. To be considered, you must be within a commutable distance of West Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
* Own and implement a results-driven marketing strategy to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
* Oversee digital channels, including paid search, SEO, and CRM campaigns, optimising performance to achieve measurable outcomes.
* Enhance the digital customer journey, ensuring a seamless and conversion-focused user experience.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to develop creative, high-impact marketing campaigns.
* Manage budgets, analyse performance metrics, and identify new opportunities for growth and optimisation.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven leadership experience in B2C performance marketing, ideally with expertise in digital acquisition.
* Strong analytical mindset, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and campaign attribution.
* Experience managing digital customer journeys and working with external agencies.
* A creative, proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign development.
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and nurture talent.
