Your Responsibilities
We continue to grow and are looking for a Sales Manager Benelux & UK (m/f/d) to take sales in Benelux & UK.
What you will do
1. Execute and secure the business plan and sales strategy for Benelux & UK that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
2. Continue to develop and maintain business with named Benelux & UK accounts and distributors to achieve targets, with a high focus on online accounts.
3. Make sure online execution at customer level is top tier, and improve brand awareness in the market.
4. Coordinate new product introductions and the corresponding marketing activities.
5. Demonstrate ability to communicate and negotiate credibly and effectively at all levels of organizations, both between key clients and internal teams.
6. Work closely with the Head of Sales Central Europe in setting strategies for the region.
Your profile
1. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or other relevant majors is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Small Domestic Appliances, ideally with an established retail network.
3. Proven experience managing at least two of the following accounts: Coolblue, Bol.com, Krëfel, Vanden Borre, MediaMarkt, Expert, Argos, Currys, Harvey Norman.
4. Good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements, especially online.
5. Knowledge of the complete sales cycle, from planning and forecasting to sell-in and sell-out management.
6. Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
7. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
8. Fluent English and Dutch language in verbal and written.
9. Preferable work location: Netherlands or UK.
